Services & Pricing

Mac Essentials (AED 20/device/month) covers Mac management. Mobile Essentials (AED 15/device/month) covers iPhone and iPad. Ground Control (AED 50/employee/month) is our complete solution that includes all devices per employee—Mac, iPhone, and iPad—with Pro Support included and zero deployment fees. For teams with multiple Apple devices per person, Ground Control is typically more cost-effective.

With Ground Control, you pay one flat rate per employee (AED 50/month) regardless of how many Apple devices they use. An employee with a MacBook, iPhone, and iPad costs the same as someone with just a MacBook. This eliminates device counting and makes budgeting predictable.

No. Our pricing is fully transparent and published on our website. Mac Essentials has a one-time AED 6,000 deployment fee, Mobile Essentials has AED 4,000. Ground Control has zero deployment fees. Monthly rates are exactly as stated with no surprises.

Essential (included): Next business day response, email and phone support. Core (AED 8,000/year): 8-hour response, change requests, bi-annual reviews. Pro (AED 12,000/year): 4-hour response, 24/7 emergency support, on-site visits, quarterly reviews. Pro is included free with Ground Control.

Implementation

We guarantee 2-week implementation for all services. This includes Apple Business Manager setup, MDM configuration, policy creation, pilot testing, and full deployment. Most organizations are operational within 10 business days.

You'll need an Apple Business Manager account (we can help set this up), a list of devices to be managed, and a point of contact for coordination. We handle everything else—from technical configuration to employee communication.

Yes. We support both new device deployments (zero-touch enrollment) and enrolling existing devices in your fleet. For existing devices, we'll coordinate with your team to minimize disruption during the transition.

Security & Compliance

All services include FileVault encryption, MDM lock, remote wipe capability, security policy enforcement, and compliance monitoring. We implement Apple's recommended enterprise security baseline and can customize policies to meet your specific requirements.

Yes, especially with Ground Control. We can enroll employee personal devices with work/personal data separation. Corporate apps and data are managed while personal content remains private and inaccessible to the organization.

Device management data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and can provide documentation for compliance requirements. Your business data never passes through our systems—we manage the devices, not your content.

Support & Operations

Standard support is available during UAE business hours (Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM). Pro tier includes 24/7 emergency support for critical issues. All support is provided by our Dubai-based team.

You can immediately lock and wipe the device remotely. With Ground Control, this capability is available 24/7. We can also help locate devices and ensure corporate data is protected. Lost Mode can display a custom message with contact information.

Yes, basic user orientation is included with all services. We provide documentation for IT administrators and can arrange training sessions for your team. Pro tier includes more comprehensive training and quarterly reviews.

Contract & Guarantee

Services are billed annually. We require a 12-month initial commitment to ensure proper implementation and value delivery. After the first year, you can continue on annual renewal or switch to month-to-month with 90-day notice.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 60 days, we'll refund your annual fees in full. You keep the Apple Business Manager setup and configurations we created. This applies to all services.

You can cancel within 60 days for a full refund. After 60 days, the annual commitment applies. When you leave, we provide complete documentation and ensure a smooth transition—your devices and configurations remain yours.
